Ciel & Lune

Diffusion control is characterized by synthesizing two colors. There are several possible methods depending on the combination that determines the composite color. Let’s explain each of the two characteristic methods.

Ciel ( Sun and shadow )

Main method of diffusion control. After deciding the hue, white and black are combined. This realizes so-called HSV dimming. In the early days, synthesis didn’t work, but lately it has improved. It’s a very good and recommended method for creating synthetic colors.

Lune ( The change of the moon )

A method characterized by smooth transition of hue. Determine two points of hue and make a linear transition between them. Therefore, in the middle of composition, the saturation changes. This method is fine enough that you can not to see the point of change.
